Terms and Conditions for the Purchase and Sale of Agorabonus SA, headquartered at Rua do Paiço S/N – Lavra Matosinhos 4455-178, hereinafter referred to simply as Agorabonus SA, and, on the other hand, the customer of Agorabonus SA, qualified at the time of purchase of Agorabonus SA products, hereinafter referred to simply as Customer.
Whereas Agorabonus SA sells products and services over the internet; Considering the Customer interest in purchasing the products sold by Agorabonus SA (“Products”) in its sales channels; The purpose of this contract is to establish the general conditions of use and purchase of the Customer products and services on the Agorabonus SA website.
I. Confidentiality: it is the responsibility of Agorabonus SA to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer in the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and is guaranteed against the action of hackers, through the seal “Armored Website”.
II. Customer Service (CS): The Customer has this service to satisfy their doubts, resolve any situations or complaints regarding their order or any content available on the website. The CS may be activated by telephone or form on the website.
III. Delivery policy: the deadline for delivery of the products is provided to the Customer during the purchase procedure, being accounted for in business days. Products deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 10pm. Exceptionally, some deliveries can take place on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
III.I – Checking of the adequacy of the product dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that they are within the limits of the elevators, doors and corridors of the delivery location. Product assembly or disassembly, transportation by stairs and / or doors and windows, or lifting of deliveries will not be carried out.
III.II – Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the address indicated by the Customer, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is a person authorized by the buyer, over 18 years old, and bearer of his identification document to receive the product and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will be returned to the Agorabonus SA Distribution Center.
III.III – After completing the order, it is not possible to change the form of payment and / or delivery address, request an advance or even request the priority of delivery.
III.IV – The delivery time indicated during the product purchase process will always take into account the stock, the location, the billing process and the product preparation time. The Customer can monitor the status of his order through the Agorabonus SA website, simply by placing his tax number and the order number.
III.V – The value of the delivery freight is calculated based on the place of delivery, weight and dimensions of the Product.
III.VI – Agorabonus SA does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (example: hoisting product by window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address other than that stated in ORINV; delivery to minors or without identification document.
III.VII – Agorabonus SA is not responsible for the retention of goods at Customs when this is due exclusively to the customer’s pending items, therefore it is necessary to be present at the delivery point for the goods to be released, considering that in these In such cases, information regarding releases and payments is only passed on to interested parties.
IV. Right of regret: the Customer will be entitled to exercise the right to regret the purchase, with the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the deadline for withdrawing the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to Agorabonus SA in the original packaging, accompanied by the ORINV (Order and Invoice), the manual and all its accessories and without any signs of use.
IV.I – The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (CS).
IV.II – After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, Agorabonus SA will verify that the above conditions have been met. If so, it will provide a refund of the full purchase price.
IV.III – The refund will be made by means of bank deposit or bank transfer to NIB or account, which the recipient / buyer will prove, and up to 10 (ten) business days.
IV.IIII – Agora Bonus SA can never be held liable in any way for the source of money used in transactions.
